Amp BsaI
This Ampicillin Backbone conveys ampicillin resistance in transformed bacteria. The backbone also contains a Blue/White marker which is flanked by BsaI cut sites. This marker is excised during Golden Gate gene assembly and replaced by a gene of interest, allowing blue/white selection of transformed colonies.
